Once we receive you injectors, we start with a visual inspection. We look for any damage to the body, pintle, or electrical pins (such as cracks, corrosion or broken components). If an injector is beyond repair, you won't be charged for it. 

The spray pattern test gives us a visual check on how well your fuel injectors are delivering fuel. Different injectors can produce different results depending on spray styles, but what we're looking for is an even, consistent pattern with no signs of clogging or irregular flow. 

Before cleaning, we preform two flow tests to ensure your injectors are performing properly. Static flow tests and Dynamic flow tests. These tests help us confirm your injectors are balanced and functioning at their best!

Injectors are placed in an ultrasonic tank with a detergent solution.  For 30 minutes, the injectors are opened and closed 10 times per second which removes carbon buildup and varnish. A cleaning solution is then circulated through the injector backwards to flush out all residues.

This is the last step before your injection are returned. we re-run all key test; this way the new results are matched against the initial tests to confirm everything is performing as it should. 

After testing, we install brand new O-rings and seals. We do return your original components along with your injectors sealed in a bag, all ready to go!
